Personal Care & Beauty Products — No Returns Accepted Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any personal care or beauty products, including skincare, cosmetics, soaps, and body care items, once opened or used. This policy applies regardless of the reason for return.
Unopened, sealed items may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery at our discretion. Please contact us at customerservice@ncnaturalcosmetics.com before sending any item back.
